Bec | Lounge Pants
A beautiful pair of pants, designed with a clean, minimalist look in mind. The Bec pant pattern is a great sewing project for all home sewers.
These pants have an attached, Invisible elastic waistband for you to easily pull on, and two seamless side pockets.The length of these pants can be adjusted to any height. Make them your own by changing the length of the hem line.
They have a relaxed aesthetic and you can create yourself a beautiful pair of relaxed slacks or an ath-leauisure look with your choice of fabric. Be bold with a print or keep it classic with a plain fabric.
Take note: If you choose to use a knit fabric the pants will be more relaxed with the added stretch. It will have a different finish compared to the pants the model is wearing.

Recommended Fabrics
Woven Fabric: You can use a variety of different woven fabrics, natural or synthetic. Choose a fabric that is mid-weight to light-weight. You can use a Linen / cotton / wool-blend / silk / rayon or a viscose.
Knit Fabric: You can choose to use a knit. Keep in mind it will alter the design slightly. I recommend using a wool-blend, cotton elastane or a mid-wight jersey
Trimmings: 5cm width elastic
